Fiscal receipts are entered with their items and reduce stock; the sales report adds them up with the Z report scan. Expense receipts are recorded as costs — no VAT credit, out of the purchase ledger.

CosmoBridge is one program with two views. At registration you choose which side you're on.
Each company's data is kept apart at database level, and an accountant only ever sees the businesses that approved the connection. Your НАП API key is stored encrypted and is never shown again. Every invoice is digitally signed, so its verification code proves it hasn't been altered.
With CosmoBridge your accountant works from the documents you issue and record — they appear in their work list, ready for the VAT ledgers. Nothing is emailed back and forth, nothing is typed twice.
Numbers are 10 digits, unbroken and never reused, shared by invoices and debit/credit notes, and they don't restart at the new year. A cancelled document is never deleted: it stays, marked АНУЛИРАН, with its reason.
Every invoice carries a QR code and a verification code. Anyone can scan it and see the original on verify.getcosmobridge.com.
Periods from 2026 are kept in euro and earlier ones in leva, converted at the fixed rate of 1.95583 with official rounding. Invoices show the tax base and VAT in euro, as required.
Forms are built from НАП's official XSD schemas and every XML is checked against them before you save it. A BG→BG declaration can be prepared straight from the invoice, with values in euro and a warning near the threshold.
All connected businesses sit in one work list, and the program is free for accountants. Each business approves the connection — you only see the ones that did.
