These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the CosmoBridge BG software and any related services (the "Service") provided by DRMZ TARIM GIDA TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ (VKN: 3131491865), a company registered in Türkiye ("we", "us", "the Company"). By installing, accessing, or using CosmoBridge BG, you agree to these Terms.
CosmoBridge BG is a Windows desktop application for businesses in Bulgaria and their accountants. It covers sales invoices and debit/credit notes, purchase documents, stock, payments, receipt sales and expense receipts, payroll calculations and bookkeeping, and lets a business connect to its accounting office so that both work from the same documents.
CosmoBridge BG prepares documents and files in the formats published by the Bulgarian National Revenue Agency (НАП) — for example VAT ledger files, VIES, SAF-T, payroll files and УНП declarations. It does not submit any declaration, file or document to НАП or any other authority. Submission, and the correctness of what is submitted, remain the responsibility of the business and its accountant.
CosmoBridge BG is not a fiscal device. Fiscal receipts are issued by your own registered fiscal device; CosmoBridge BG only records them.
When registering, you choose either a business account or an accounting office account. An accounting office can access a business's data only after that business has approved the connection, and the business can decide whom it approves. You are responsible for the confidentiality of your login credentials and of any НАП API key you store in the Service.
New business accounts receive a 7-day free trial with full functionality and no payment card required. When the trial ends, issuing and recording new documents requires an active paid subscription. Your records are not deleted when the trial ends; they remain viewable and can be exported.
Subscriptions are offered in two plans, billed monthly or yearly in EUR. Prices exclude VAT, which is added at checkout where applicable.
The yearly price equals eleven monthly payments for twelve months of use. Both plans include every feature of the Service. Accounting office accounts are free of charge. An accounting office may pay the subscription of a connected business on that business's behalf.
Subscriptions are purchased from within the program. Payments, invoicing, and tax collection are handled by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle.com Market Ltd ("Paddle"). By subscribing, you also agree to Paddle's Buyer Terms of Use, available at paddle.com.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CosmoBridge BG for the number of users covered by your plan, for the duration of your subscription or trial.
You are responsible for the accuracy of the data you enter into CosmoBridge BG, for the documents you issue with it, and for complying with the tax, accounting, and record-keeping laws that apply to your business, including the Bulgarian VAT Act (ЗДДС) and its implementing regulation (ППЗДДС). The checks and warnings built into the Service are an aid and do not replace professional advice.
CosmoBridge BG, including its software, design, and trademarks, is the property of the Company. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than the limited license described above.
Our collection and use of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Company shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including penalties or assessments resulting from declarations or documents you or your accountant submit. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the period you have already paid for. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or non-payment.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Türkiye, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
